Cancellation/Refund Policy

Please read our policy

Customers must contact the studio by phone or in person to cancel or reschedule a party. Parties may be rescheduled up to two weeks prior to the party date, based on availability. Parties cancelled within two weeks of the party date will not be refunded. Party cancellations via voicemail, text, or email are not allowed. Your final guest number is required 48 hours prior to the start of your party. Please note that the Paint & Bubbles Staff purchase and prepare art supplies based on your final guest number. Therefore, you will be expected to pay the remaining balance on the final headcount that you submit regardless of no shows.
