Summer Art Camps 2026 (Rising 1st-6th Grade)

We will serve a small packaged snack to our campers once each day of camp. Examples of snacks are Goldfish, Cheeze-Its, or Cookies. If your child has an allergy to any food products, please let us know in your registration and send an alternative snack with them to camp. Campers should bring a water bottle with them each day.

You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund if we receive notice at least one week before the camp starts. Otherwise a studio credit will be given to be applied to a future camp or class. Once a camp has started no refunds, studio credit, or makeups will be issued.

Photographs: Paint & Bubbles Studio is granted permission to use group or individual photographs, photo images, video or other recordings taken during class for publicity or promotional purposes. I hereby grant Paint & Bubbles Studio the right, consent, and permission to use and publish my name, image, photograph, voice, video, appearance and likeness by any means. I hereby waive my right, if any, to any compensation for said use of any such works, images and/or materials. Ability to engage in art activities and assumption of the risk: Art studio activities may include, but shall not be limited to, the use of paints, glues, pastels, chalk pastels, pencils, wood/plaster tools, fiber (yarn/fabric/papers), wax, plastic bags, batik dye, plaster, drawing and sculpting in nature, and playing outdoor games. Paint & Bubbles Studio takes all reasonable precautions to reduce risk and provide safe, healthy, and enjoyable experiences. I warrant that my child or ward is able to follow directions for all activities in studio class. I acknowledge that risks from participation in class activities exist and that I have allowed my child to attend art class knowing these risks and their possible consequences including personal injury. Waiver and Release of Liability: As a parent or guardian of my child or ward, I, on behalf of myself and my child or ward, agree that I will not hold Paint & Bubbles Studio liable for any personal injury, property damage or loss of insurance. I hereby release, discharge and agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Paint & Bubbles Studio and Katie Lindsay, and each of their volunteers, staff members, agents, representatives, owners, officers, directors, and employees (the “Released Parties”), from all claims, actions, demands, and causes of action, of whatever kind or character that I or my child or ward may have or claim to have against the Released Parties, for any and all injuries, harm, damages (actual and punitive), penalties, costs, losses, expenses, attorney’s fees, and/or other liability or detriment arising out of or in any way related to attendee’s participation in or attendance at any class conducted by Paint & Bubbles Studio. COVID-19 Warning and Release: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and guests with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By visiting Paint & Bubbles Studio, you (on behalf of yourself and on behalf of your child or ward) voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19. I, on behalf of myself and my child or ward, acknowledge and fully assume the risk of illness or death related to COVID-19 arising from being on the premises and participating in the activities and hereby COVENANT NOT TO SUE, RELEASE, WAIVE AND DISCHARGE (on behalf of myself and any minor children form whom I have the capacity contract) Released Parties from any liability related to COVID-19 which might occur as a result of me (or my child or ward) being on the premises and participating in the activities. The undersigned parent and natural guardian does hereby represent that he/she is, in fact, acting in such capacity, has consented to his/her child or ward’s presence and participation in activities at Paint & Bubbles Studio and has agreed individually and on behalf of the child or ward, to the terms of the Studio Permission and Waiver Form. The undersigned parent or guardian further agrees to save and hold harmless and indemnify each and all of the Released Parties from all liability, loss, cost, claim or damage whatsoever which may be imposed upon said parties because of any defect in or lack of such capacity to so act and release said parties on behalf of the minor and the parents or legal guardian.
